ELISA analysis of MRO-2544CQ was performed by coating with recombinant RSV F protein (0.5 µg/ml). Then blocked with BSA, and incubated with RSV F Protein Antibody (0.5 µg/ml, 0.25 µg/ml, 0.125 µg/ml... ). The HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG as a secondary antibody (1 : 8000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
